Alexander Martinez is the founder of Raider Cop Tactical and a native of New York City. After moving to Miami at 22, he embarked on a 27-year career in law enforcement, earning various accolades including a Firearms Instructors certificate. In 2008, he established a Podcast with the aim of educating the public on law enforcement and related issues. Following his retirement in 2016, Al dedicated himself to imparting the skills acquired during his career. Today, Al has grown children and 6 grandchildren, and his wife Marya, which is also an instructor.
